About the event
The hotel location will be emailed to all registered guests the day before the event. Please do not share this information with non-registered guests. Hotel rooms will be assigned to guests based on occupancy and ticket. If you are purchasing a "couple ticket," we are assuming you are a couple and will share one bed, if that's all that is available. If you have specific requests for number of beds in your room, please contact the host. We will do our best to accommodate requests. Hotel check in will begin at 4 p.m. Guest rooms include breakfast for two.
All guests will need to check in at the registration booth prior to entrance into the ballroom. Security will be on site. If you haven't purchased a ticket and are "tagging along" with another attendee, you will be denied access. Ballroom party begins at 7:30 p.m. and ends at midnight. Group play rooms will be available at 11 p.m. and close at 2 p.m. Once again, only registered attendees will gain access to the group play rooms.
Please read through the terms and conditions for additional instructions on etiquette, safety, and expectations of the event. You will find this during the registration process. Please note ratios will be managed and all tickets sales have a cap.
